Desktop

Use System Bridge from your desktop, including the system tray and app launcher.

When System Bridge runs on your desktop, it adds an application menu entry and a system tray icon so you can launch and control it without the terminal.

Launching

Installing System Bridge adds a System Bridge entry to your desktop app launcher: the Start Menu on Windows, or your application menu on Linux. Launch it to start the backend and open the web client.

System tray

While the backend is running, a System Bridge icon appears in your system tray. Its menu has the following options:

  • Open web client: open the web client in your default browser.
  • Open logs directory: open the folder containing the application logs.
  • Quit: stop the backend and exit System Bridge.
